The 136cc is an entertainment platform intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. Any attempt to register by a minor will result in immediate account cancellation and a refund of the deposited balance, with no payment of any winnings obtained during the period of unauthorized use.
Each user may hold only one active account at 136cc, identified by CPF. Creating secondary accounts is strictly prohibited, whether to circumvent restrictions, abuse bonuses, or for any other reason. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same CPF, IP address, or device, all accounts involved will be blocked and any associated bonus balances will be cancelled.

The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the name of the account holder. The 136cc does not accept deposits made by third parties. Payments identified as originating from third-party accounts will be returned and the account may be suspended for review.
Pix deposits are credited to your account balance immediately. Boleto deposits may take up to 3 business days to be confirmed after payment.
Withdrawals at 136cc are processed with priority via Pix, deposited directly into the user's bank account within minutes of approval. TED transfers to accounts at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions are also available, with a processing time of up to 1 business day.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. There are no withdrawal fees for Pix withdrawals. The 136cc may request identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts, in accordance with compliance requirements.
The Pix key or destination bank account must be held in the name of the registered user on 136cc. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed. The 136cc may request proof of account ownership before releasing the payment.
Bonus balances may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirements set out in each promotion's specific terms have been met. Your withdrawable balance and any bonus balance still subject to rollover are displayed separately in your account.
The 136cc performs identity verification on all withdrawals. Keeping your documents up to date on your account speeds up the process and prevents delays.
All bonuses and promotions from 136cc are subject to specific conditions published on each offer's page. In the event of a conflict between the general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms take precedence.
Most bonuses require the bonus amount to be wagered a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. This requirement is known as the rollover or wagering requirement and is always clearly stated in each promotion's description. Bets on different games may contribute at different rates toward completing the rollover.
Bonuses have an expiration date. Unused bonuses or bonuses with an incomplete rollover by the deadline are automatically cancelled with no replacement. The expiration date is always displayed in the account's bonus section.
Each promotion at 136cc is limited to one use per user, identified by CPF. Attempts to claim the same bonus more than once — including by creating additional accounts — constitute promotion abuse and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible closure of all accounts involved.
Bets placed at odds below 1.50 (in the context of Sports Betting) may not count toward bonus rollover requirements. Please refer to the specific terms of each offer for applicable minimum odds.
The bets of the 136cc are settled based on the official result published by the event's governing body (Confederação Brasileira de Futebol for the Brasileirão, Sérgio Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL for the Libertadores, UFC for MMA bouts, etc.). In the event of conflicting sources, the official result from the organizing body takes precedence.
Live bets are accepted within the time windows available on the platform. The 136cc may temporarily suspend live markets at critical moments of an event (penalties, goals, KOs, final whistles). Bets already confirmed are not canceled due to a subsequent market suspension.
If an event is canceled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or suspended before a result is determined, all bets on that event are voided and the wagered amount is returned to the account balance. For accumulator bets, the canceled match or bout is removed from the slip and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining events.
The 136cc reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from technical or human error. In such cases, the full amount wagered is returned to the user. The 136cc is not obligated to honor bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
All casino games available on 136cc — slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and all other game types — use an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent laboratories. Each outcome is completely random and independent of the previous one. The history of a session has no influence on future results.
The theoretical RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published on the game's information page. RTP represents the average return percentage over millions of rounds — it does not guarantee returns in any individual session. Short-term variance is normal and expected.
In the event of a technical interruption during a casino round, the 136cc restores the round to the state immediately before the interruption whenever technically possible. If restoration is not feasible, the amount wagered on the interrupted round is returned to the account balance.
Each game in the 136cc has minimum and maximum bet limits per round, displayed before the game begins. Bets that do not meet these limits cannot be placed.

When any of these situations is identified, the 136cc may, without prior notice: cancel pending bets, withhold and cancel bonus balances, suspend or permanently close the account, and report the activity to the relevant authorities when required by law.
You can request closure of your account at 136cc at any time through the support channel. Before closure, all pending real-money balance withdrawals will be processed as normal. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be canceled.
The 136cc may close an account without prior notice in cases of a breach of these terms, confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or unlawful activity. In cases unrelated to fraud, any available real-money balance will be returned after the appropriate verification checks.
Accounts closed at the user's request may be reactivated by contacting support, except in cases of permanent self-exclusion, which is irreversible.
